FINN CREEK OPEN AIR MUSEUM

The Finn Creek Open Air Museum, located 6 miles SE of New York Mills is an eighteen acre interpretive site devoted to the preservation the heritage of the Finnish Culture. Open all summer, the site includes a 1900 original farmstead, log barns, "Savu" smoke sauna, sawmill and gift shop. The last weekend in August the site is host to Finn Creek Festival, an annual celebration featuring entertainment, demonstrations and food.
